Edit user properties

Properties:

You edit user properties either by selecting the edit Menu, choosing the toolbar button, using your right mouse button or double clicking a user in the users TAB sheet . When you have done this the user properties dialog will be displayed. On the top of the dialog you will find the user name and on the left the last logon date. From this dialog you can change all the standard user properties like:

·Full Name

·Discription

·Password

·User must change password at next logon

·User cannot change password

·Password never expires

·Account disabled

·Account locked out.

Beside these you can edit:

·user Profile and scripts

·home directory's

·RAS security

·group memberships.

Combined and Cyclical editing:

When you have selected multiple users you can do some combined editing. Either on a user by user base or on all the selected users. When you do this an a user per user base, after each OK the next property dialog will be displayed. When you edit the properties for all selected users you change the settings for the selection at once. Grayed options mean that the selected users now have different settings for this property
