Manage Files
The Files Tab off the Domain Administration Tool has three functions:
The first ( and default ) modus allows you to view all directory's within a domain including the rights a user or group you choose has. You look at the rights structure through the eyes of one of your users. This mode is called the Directory Access Rights modus.
The second modus allows you to view the usage of disk space of individual users. This function will not work for an entire domain, but only for the disk or share you indicated in the Files Settings tab. This mode is called the Files In Use modus.
The Third modus allows you to simple dump all directories and files with owner and rights information for these files and directories. This function will not work for an entire domain, but only for the disk or share you indicated in the Files Settings tab. This mode is called the Simple Rights Dump.
Switching between modus 1 (rights) and modus 2 (disk-space) is done through the file settings tab which you can gain access to either through the Tools menu or by using the right mouse button.
