Manage Groups
With the Domain Administration Tool you can manage Local
and Global
groups of your servers and domains.
After selecting the groups TAB sheet and browsing for groups with the Pukka Browse Button the TAB sheet will display all users from your current domain and server. The information displayed depends on your settings.
You can sort the columns by clicking the column headings and change their width by just dragging a single column. ( See also: Show Columns ) The Tab will display as below.
From this screen you can edit
, add
, remove
and copy
groups.
Editing Groups
You edit group properties either by selecting the edit Menu, choosing the toolbar button, using your right mouse button or double clicking a group or groups in the users TAB sheet. When you have done this the user properties dialog will be displayed. On the top of the dialog you will find the group name and description.
·You can MOVE or COPY members from left to right.
·When creating a group select either local or global.
·With the Select Group button you can select Members of a single group. With this feature you are able to copy or Move entire groups from one to another.
·With the Add global Group you can get add a global group to this group
·With Add user from other domain you can slect users from other doamins to add to this group.
·Use the Shift and Control key to select multiple members.
