Manage Quotas

The domain administration tool has a simple Quota viewer. The quota viewer does not enforce quota's in any way, it only reports on quota's !. To use the Quota viewer TAB you first must install the Quota service. The quota service updates the quota information in the background and must be run on all servers on which you want to manage quotas.

NOTE:  The Quota service available from our website only supports five (5) directories. To manage more directories you need a license for this service which is not included in the standard license for the Domain Administration Tool but must be acquired separately !!

Installing the service
To install the Quota service just run the setup. It will install the service which you then can start and stop from your control-panel / services icon. All parameters are managed from the Domain Administration Tool .

Using Quotas
From the Quotas TAB in the Domain Administration Tool you can add, change and remove quotas through a floating menu accessible with your right mouse button.
